Christopher Park, MD, is an assistant professor at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland Oregon, focusing on pediatric neuro-oncology within the division of pediatric hematology/oncology at OHSU. He completed his medical school education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, where he also completed his pediatrics residency. He then moved to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill for pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship. While at UNC, he worked in the lab of Timothy Gershon, MD PhD, working with a transgenic mouse model for Sonic Hedgehog-activated medulloblastoma, focusing on novel therapeutics. After completing his hematology/oncology fellowship, Chris moved to Washington, DC, for a neuro-oncology fellowship at Children's National Medical Center, before moving to Portland to join the faculty at OHSU.
