My name is Gao Guo, I am now working in the department of Neurology at UT southwestern medcial center. I obtained my PhD in Biochemsitry at Free University Berlin, Germany. My current research interest focuses on resistant mechanism of EGFR-TKIs in glibomasta. I have identified a specific adaptive signaling pathway involved in TKI resistance and proposed a new treatment strategy to overcome resistance to EGFR inhibition. I am also interested in oncogenic signaling in GBM invasion and proliferation.
