Mariza Daras is an associate professor in the Division of Neuro-oncology at the University of California San Francisco. She receiver her MD at Columbia University and completed her residency training in Neurology at Duke Univeristy Medical Center. She then went on to complete a fellowship in Neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering after which she remained on as faculty. She is currently at the Universtity of California San Francisco and has been spearheading efforts in developing a Multidisciplinary CNS Metastasis Program encompassing clinical care, as well as translational and clinical trial efforts. She has been actively involved in therapeutic clinical trials in the care of patient with primary brain tumors as well as metastatic disease.
