Dr. Ana Nikolic, MD is a neuropathologist and PhD candidate at the University of Calgary and Charbonneau Cancer Institute. She has been a practicing neuropathologist since 2018. Her areas of interest are scATAC-seq and scATAC-seq methods development, brain tumour epigenetics, and translation of epigenetic methods into the clinical sphere. She is currently pursuing a PhD in the lab of Dr. Marco Gallo focusing on the role of histone variants in glioblastoma stem cells.
