GENERAL

1. When is the SNACC 2022 Annual Meeting?
September 8-10, 2022 at the Grand Hyatt Seattle in Seattle, Washington, United States

2. What time zone is used for the sessions times listed?
US PacficTime, the time zone in Seatte, Washington, USA, is used for the times listed on the Schedule.

3. What if I cannot attend in person?
There will be limited opportunities to access some content virtually. Information will be posted on this website as it becomes available.  

4. How many continuing education credits can I earn by participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting?
Credits are based on the number of sessions you attend. In-person participants have the opportunity to earn more than 12 CME.

5. Is registration required in order to view all website content?
No. Some content is available to anyone who visits this website. Examples of content available to everyone include presentation abstracts, SNACC information, etc.

6. How do I learn more about SNACC?
Visit the SNACC website to learn more about how SNACC can assist you in furthering your career and serving the patients in your care.

REGISTRATION

1. How do I register?
Learn more about registration options and how to select the options that best fit your goals for participating in the SNACC Annual Meeting by visiting the Registration page on this webiste.

2. What is included in my registration package?

• Friday and Saturday lunch and refreshment breaks
• Educational sessions presented by experts in the field (unless noted as a separate ticket)
• Exhibit Hall access during all show hours
• Networking with colleagues from around the world

3. How much does registration cost?
Please visit the Registration page for more information on registration options and costs.

4. Can I bring a guest to the in-person conference? 
Everyone participating in the Annual Meeting activities at the Grand Hyatt Seattle must purchase an event registration. Annual Meeting registrants may purchase additional tickets to bring guests to the SNACC 50th Anniversary Gala and/or the Social Fundraiser. Tickets to these activities are limited and are expected to sell out quickly. Social Fundraiser participants must be 21 or older to enter the venue. 

5. Can I decide to attend in-person at the last minute and complete my registration in Seattle?
Yes, you may decide to register onsite in Seattle. Pre-event registration will close on August 22. Any registrations after August 22 will be processed onsite in Seattle and will be charged at the Onsite fee.

6. How do I transfer or cancel my registration?
Visit the Registration page of this site for more informaiton on the registration policies. 

7. When I click on the My Experience tab on the list on the left of the home page it does not function properly. What is wrong?
A My Experience button will be available on the Left Navigation on September 1. You must be registered for the event and log in before you can edit your profile, set your schedule, "like" sessions and speakers, etc. Your login information will be sent to you in September.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

1. What platform is being used for the Annual Meeting website?
Cadmium is the platform for the SNACC 2022 Annual Meeting website. 

2. I am looking at a presentation that does not have as much content as the others. The website must not be working properly.
All content that has been provided by the presenters will be made live on this website as it becomes available. Some presenters chose not to provide as much information as others. The content you see is all that has been made available. You may need to be registered for the event and logged in to this website to view certain content.

3. Who can I contact to receive technical assistance with the website?
The SNACC 2022 Annual Meeting uses software created by Cadmium. For technical issues not addressed by the above suggestions, you can contact Cadmium from Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm US Eastern time by phone, email or website contact form:
