Public Policy Address - Getting Your Voice Heard: Argentum’s Advocacy Leadership

It’s hard to argue that any industry has been more directly impacted by COVID-19 than senior living. A key part of overcoming the pandemic’s challenges has been Argentum’s robust advocacy efforts, where we have given voice to the industry’s needs on Capitol Hill and throughout the country. These efforts have included representing the industry on programs like the Provider Relief Fund, Paycheck Protection Program, and Employee Retention Tax credits, along with resident visitation guidelines, rapid testing kits, prioritization of vaccines and on-site clinics. The pandemic is far from over for seniors and caregivers, and that is why it is critical that every owner, operator, and their teams continue to engage on public policy initiatives impacting the industry. This session will provide a snapshot on how Argentum is fighting to shape impactful federal public policy while supporting our Argentum State Partners with their advocacy initiatives, and how everyone can be part of these efforts to shape the future of our industry.
