Taking on a major weeding project can be scary, daunting, overwhelming, and almost paralyzing. Weeding and collection management can have physical, emotional, political, and financial implications. Recently, the Bishop’s University library underwent a transformative renovation that necessitated the librarians to evaluate and triage their entire collection. In this learning session we will tell our story and share what went well and what could have been done differently.
