Kelly Durden Posey is a North Carolina licensed attorney and the Founder/Owner of Inspired Inclusivity Consulting. Dubbed the “Mindful Mama-at-Law” Kelly supplies Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Human Resources and Legal insights with the skill of an experienced professional and the care of a loving mama. Speaking through the lens of her experience as a social justice advocate and queer, neurodivergent mama of three young children, Kelly is well-equipped to help businesses fill gaps in knowledge of dei concepts and language using her approachable brand of relentless positivity.
Kelly teaches service providers who want to authentically serve ALL people that simply saying you are welcoming to everyone does not alone equip you to be inclusive. Through coaching, consulting and training, she expertly conveys best practices she learned from over the past 15 years of legal and community advocacy. As an educator and lifelong learner, Kelly delights in sharing information cultivated from her time providing legal services to underrepresented communities, investigating and resolving discrimination claims in Corporate America, working with nonprofit organizations, and as a bona fide “Mompreneur.”
When Kelly is not consulting or teaching, she can be found in the kitchen baking creations worthy of the newest season of “Nailed It” or earning the title of “MacGyver Mom” by creating DIY adaptive crafts and equipment to meet the needs of her three energetic kids.
