Kirstie Preest is Librarian, Tutor and Fellow at Murray Edwards College where she has the responsibility for the college library, archives and paper records management. Kirstie received her Postgraduate Diploma in Information and Library Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 1999, received an MA from the University of Cambridge in 2013, achieved CILIP Fellowship in 2019 and achieved Senior Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy in 2019. Kirstie is passionate about developing the next generation of teaching librarians and co-created the Teaching and Learning for Librarians course within the University of Cambridge. Kirstie is also keen on using universal design and user experience to create improved teaching and learning spaces for students.
