Jenny Novacescu is the current Branch Manager for the STScI Library and Institutional Archive at the Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI), based in Baltimore, Maryland. STScI is home of the science operations for the Hubble Space Telescope and both science and flight operations for the James Webb Space Telescope. In 2026, the institute will add the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope to its flagship missions. In addition to space telescope operations, the institute houses the exceptional Mikulski Archive for Space Telescopes (MAST) which houses data from over a dozen space based observatories including GALEX, TESS, IUE, and Kepler/K2. When not serving the STScI and worldwide astronomical communities, Jenny enjoys spending time with her two daughters, running, boxing, gardening, and drinking inordinate amounts of tea from around the world. She is currently training for the Marine Corps Marathon in Oct 2022.
