Marisa Ruccolo is a Customer Success Architect at Clarivate and was hired to fill a created position for customer education in Canada’s two official languages in 2016. She completed her MLIS at McGill University with a special interest in information-seeking behavior and has worked at Polytechnique Montréal and at the University of New Brunswick before joining Clarivate. She makes it her mission on educating research evaluators on responsible metrics and is an advocate of Open Science. She is based in Montreal and owns a hobby farm in Eastern Ontario.
