Higher education students with disabilities face unique challenges. Several studies emphasized the need for institutional integrated, comprehensive services, including collaboration with outside agencies, including libraries. Additionally, both disability support services and libraries have to optimize their operations in order to provide the most cost-effective services.This session provides guidance in helping libraries collaborate with disability services and use data analytics to improve service efficiency and effectiveness as well as increase adult learner satisfaction.
