My name is Doyeon (Felis) Koo and I'm a third year Bioengineering PhD student at University of California Los Angeles, under the advisory of Dr. Dino Di Carlo. I am currently trying to develop lab-on-a-particle technology to perform single cell secretion analysis. At SLAS, I will be specifically discussing how we our using our microparticles, called 'nanovials', to capture secreted cytokines from T cells and sort cells based on the secretion level.
