Yokogawa has been a trusted partner of life science researchers for over 30 years. Our confocal scanner unit (CSU) series with microlens-enhanced spinning disk technology maximizes high-speed live-cell imaging and minimizes phototoxicity and photobleaching. The CellVoyager CV8000 High-Content Screening System and the CQ1 Benchtop High-Content Analysis System both incorporate this fast CSU imaging technology, which enables automatic evaluation of high-speed phenomena. The CV8000 and CQ1 each include an incubator that allows cell-friendly long-term live-cell observation and time-series evaluation with cultured cells, while CellPathfinder High-Content Analysis Software provides automated feature extraction from observed images. Our Single Cellome Unit SU10 nanopipette allows injection of single cells with high cell viability and is the first in a series of single-cell analysis solutions. Future solutions in development will enable the collection of target cells and intracellular components to support single-cell mass spectrometry and gene analysis, while retaining cell morphology and cell positional information. The FlowCam series, part of Yokogawa’s Fluid Imaging Technology group, is widely used by biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical companies to capture high-resolution digital images of particles suspended in formulations. Over 40 physical parameters are measured from each image and the data processed using FlowCam VisualSpreadsheet for image recognition statistical analysis.
