Innovative immunotherapy strategies such as immunogenic antigen-based vaccination and transgenic TCR-based adoptive cell transfer require a rapid selection of specific immunogenic tumor antigen CD8+ T clones. Thus, IFNγ-producing CD8+ T cells magnetic sorting combined with limiting dilution cloning approach represents the most common method of specific T cell cloning. However, the main limits when it comes to this method are inefficiency of single T cell dispensing, time-consuming and expensive cost. In this webinar, Dr. Ben Khelil from the RIGHT Lab in Besançon, France, will present a simple and affordable solution for antigen specific T cell cloning, combining magnetic cell selection and single cell isolation with DispenCell-S1. She will present the scientific results of her study where she compared the efficiency of traditional limiting dilution and the DispenCell-S1 methods in addition to the T cell functionality evaluation.
