In this session, Advanced Instruments will introduce three new technology platforms launching as part of our OsmoTECH® and Solentim portfolio of products providing solutions to optimize your processes and increase confidence in your work: First, our vision for the Solentim portfolio is to create an ecosystem offering scientists performing clonal selection greater consistency across the workflow, reduced analysis time, and the highest confidence when selecting the top performing clones in preparation for scale-down mini bioreactor assessments. We will unveil the next stage in the evolution of the STUDIUS data management platform, which, in conjunction with our single cell printer, whole well imager and cell productivity analyzer will mean that faster and more confident decisions can be made; Second, the VIPS is already established for single cell cloning of CHO and HEK cells in cell line development for secreted biotherapeutics. VIPS has most recently been used by a number of the World’s top Allogeneic iPSC-derived cell therapy companies. We will discuss some of the latest developments which address the needs of cell therapy companies moving towards GMP manufacturing; Finally, with increasing timeline pressures to get biopharmaceutical candidates into therapeutic use, optimizing osmolality testing to reduce hands-on time is critical in a high-throughput environment. The newly launched OsmoTECH HT High throughput plate-based micro-osmometer is designed to meet these needs with a 96-plate format, sample automation and minimal intervention.
