Strateos’ goal is to automate many of the operations enabling scientists to work on multiple drug discovery programs at the same time in parallel, greatly improving the process efficiencies and shortening cycle times by supporting early lead generation through the provision of [remote access] robotic automation modules with integrated tools and technologies on one cloud platform. In this presentation we demonstrate a new automated cloud platform for rapid hit identification, hit-to-lead and lead optimization activities.
To demonstrate the improved efficiencies of an automated DMTA cycle, Strateos virtually and physically integrated chemical and biological experimental components of the drug discovery process to enable researchers to identify and select structures that can be designed, synthesized and purified on automated system and made available for followup biological testing, allowing for timely hypothesis testing and validation.
