We have designed and implemented an automated high throughput process for the rapid generation of thousands of antibodies at the 1-2mg scale. This process has been adapted and miniaturized to allow production of tens of thousands of antibodies for the generation of bispecific antibody matrices as well as the screening of large libraries of monoclonals.
