MARS® provides a label-free, Ficoll gradient-free acoustic cell separation and a matrix-free immunomagnetic cell separation technology to isolate cells using a proprietary multiphysics approach. MARS is completely automated for complete sample preparation and isolation, and provides efficient removal of lysed cell debris, dead cells, and other small particles.
MARS can isolate any number of cell types from blood, bone marrow or dissociated tissue. We have protocols and reagents to isolate neutrophils, monocytes, T cells, tumor cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes on MARS. Isolating cells with the MARS integrated solution uniquely allows for a no-lyse, no-wash protocol, greatly accelerating the isolation speed and providing gentle sample treatment.
