Protocol virtualization enables scientists and automation engineers to design protocols across instruments and accessories. Virtual dry-runs capture scientific intent prior to a wet run and enable them to publish protocols for better collaboration. Labs can perform low scale runs at the bench, then effortlessly scale to higher throughput with barcodes and LIMs integration without protocol reprogramming. 

Second, we’ve built smarter instruments to enable true walkaway liquid handling. Genie’s smart liquid handler has a family of sensors that can self-calibrate, perform deck verification and detect, identify and correct pipetting errors, such as incorrect volume.

Finally, we utilize our truly hybrid approach of hardware and software to enable high-quality quick-starts for many applications. Instruments and accessories can be assembled in a Lego-like manner with optional built-in movement capabilities and orchestration, unifying your lab automation.
