Aurelia Bioscience is a UK based contract research organisation specialising in bioassay development, pharmacological profiling and compound screening. Scientists at Aurelia Bioscience have decades of experience in pre-clinical discovery, designing and developing low, medium and high throughput assays for pharmacological profiling, hits-to-lead, lead identification and lead optimisation. They use cutting edge technologies on a wide range of targets including kinases, GPCRs, PROTAC, proteases, etc to deliver early stage drug discovery projects in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. Technologies include high throughput biochemical and cell-based fluorescence and luminescence assays (FLIPR, Nanoluc PPI etc), flow cytometry, Western blot, qPCR, High Content Imaging and Incucyte kinetic imaging. We have recently been acquired by Charnwood Molecular, a Chemistry CRO, which means we can now offer a full service of outsourced chemistry and biology to our clients.
