ASKION is a global German company specializing in compound storage and Biobanking. ASKION C-line® system is the new gold standard for state of the art biorepositories. C-line® modular next generation biobank system includes controlled rate freezing, sample transfer, sample storage, automation and documentation. With this system you can improve and achieve best sample quality in small to large scale (100 to millions of samples).

OUR HSITORY
ASKION GmbH was founded in 2005 by MBO from AGFA-Gevaert and since then has been developed to a high-performance OEM partner in development and production of complex fine mechanical-optical and opto-electronical assemblies.
Our OEM range of services reaches from the idea of the assembly to serial production, including technical device approval. Thereby we are focused on Bioanalytics, Medical Devices as well as Optoelectronics and optical sensorics.
With the development of our business unit cryotechnology in 2009 we offer with our ASKION C-line® system a modular and fully automatable system solution for cryo-/biobanks for control rate freezing and storage of biological samples at -130°C.
