VP, Printed Electronics Eastman Kodak Company, NY, United States
The demo will use prototypes designed by students at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) to highlight the performance advantages of Kodak's copper micro-wire technology for transparent antennas and heaters. Kodak enables customer end-applications through collaborative design optimization for optical transparency and electrical performance. We have provided students with opportunities to go from concept to prototype using a similar collaborative process as is used with customers. Using these prototypes as examples, we will walk through the stages of design and collaboration and provide an overview of Kodak's manufacturing process for custom patterns of copper-microwires.
