Presentation will explain what gravure offset actually is and it's application range. A main strength is it's high precision and accuracy of print which leads to an expanded range of materials that can be used, such as solder paste, etching resist, flake Ag paste, and others as well as the ability to print directly onto a wafer before chip separation. Gravure offset can be used in conjunction with screen printing to leverage the strengths of each.
