Alertgy has worked hard to overcome the many challenges it faced in the design, fabrication and manufacture of a wearable dielectric spectrometer. It began with the miniaturization of its first MVP partially funded by a Flex grant were it developed a biometric wristband. Using flexible electronic approaches Alertgy was able to addresses the various challenges in a wearable wristband device. To optimize sensor performance sensor design was critical and was focused on the optimization of its manufacturability Supply chain issues were addressed through redesign of the spectrometer and other components as needed to minimize BOM and manufacturing costs.
