Jessie is a Senior Director and leads global talent management programs at Lam Research Corporation, a Fortune 300 semiconductor company in the Bay Area. She has 20 years of global experience with a background in Human Resources, learning and leadership development, organizational development, talent management, and business partnership. Her passions are helping people grow themselves, grow others, and grow the business to create value, scale, and maximize organization and people potential.

Jessie holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, as well as an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from San Jose State University. Jessie is an occasional speaker at business and academic conferences and holds the following certifications: Executive Leadership from Cornell University, DEI in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma, a PHR from HRCI, Change Management from Prosci, and MBTI®, FIRO®, CPI 260®, and DiSC® instruments.

Jessie is married with three children and lives in Morgan Hill, CA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, baking, yoga, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
