Tahir Naeem and I lead a team of Product Managers, as the Director for Product Management, for the Plasma Control Technology division of Comet Group.
He has been working in the Semiconductor Industry for the past ten years in various functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Application Engineering, Program Management and Product Management.
As a mentee and a sponsee for the past 8 years, I've had my sponsor/mentor help me make significant professional strides and I hope to share some of my experiences during my session.
