Heidi Van Ee is Head of Use Case Execution of Operations Digital Solutions in EMD Electronics. This organization is a key enabler to design and optimize products by using data analytics methodology in R&D, quality and supply chain while ensuring data protection in a sensitive environment. Within Digital Solutions, the Use Case Execution Team collaborates with our internal experts in the business to execute Use Cases for customers and suppliers, implementing a structured problem solving method by conducting process & data mapping, data analytics, and generation of data-driven hypotheses to accelerate internal learning cycles for product and process development.
