Isaura Gaeta is the Vice President and General Manager of Security Research with Intel Product Assurance and Security Group, in Santa Clara, Calif. In her current role, she leads enterprise-wide security research across all Intel product lines and drives research to anticipate fast-moving global cybersecurity threats. Gaeta holds three decades of technology experience at Intel Corporation, bringing technology expertise in cybersecurity, semiconductor processing, product development and systems engineering.
Gaeta spent the first two decades of her career managing the development of various semiconductor processing technologies. Her work during that period led to two patents and five Intel Achievement Awards, the company’s highest recognition. Gaeta holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
Gaeta is a Latina executive, recognized as a global thought leader on gender and underrepresented people in technology. She is a member of Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) and is involved in the Hispanic Foundation is Silicon Valley. Recent awards include Top 100 most influential and notable Hispanic Professionals in Information Technology (2021 HITEC 100 list); feature in Hispanic Executive Magazine Leading Latinas issue (April 2021); Top Latino Leaders award issued by National Diversity Council (2018).
