Wudyalew Wondmagegn earned his PhD. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and his MS. and BSc. in Physics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. After a PhD, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Texas Tyler. In 2012 he joined Frostburg State University as Assistant professor. Currently he is an Assoc. professor at the College of New Jersey. His research interests include thin-film semiconductor devices and circuits with applications in flexible displays, RFIDs, and gas sensors. He is primary or co-author on over 25 journal and conference papers. His current research is on thin-film transistor gas sensors.
