RITdb is a data sharing, event sharing, and streaming methodology for semiconductor test and related operations. RITdb is built upon IoT architecture using MQTT messaging protocol. Real time, historical and widely distributed data are fully supported. Key features such as data provenance as well as bidirectional data and messages are supported to enable Smart Manufacturing. Advantest has developed a client for TI which integrates the RITdb functionality. The client manages the connection to the MQTT Broker, publishing of message from the tester, as well as subscribing to define topics. Some received messages request actions which the client must perform such as ping, request a file, restart client, update client, etc. The client configuration includes controls included turning off publishing of some events. This can also be done via a RITdb message. RITdb Containers RITdb Equipmentlog (equipment inventory data) RITdb Datalog (wafer, unit) - datalog.strip is in development. RITdb Streaming (real time events/data) Streaming datalogs - The datalog is sent per touchdown to the stream. Equipmentlog Message - The equipmentlog is generated and sent when Smartest 7 is started. Real Time events (HVM/EDL) - Published events include high level states such as tester status or tester OS start/stop to lower level events from test flow start/stop to test function start/stop. Bi-directional messages with the test floor RITdb System. This presentation will include a high level overview of the RITdb system, a review of the V93000 client features/capabilities, and some examples of applications taking advantage of the client.
