The purpose of this lecture will be to review current standard of care and advances in breast cancer reconstruction including both addressing the restoration of both breast conserving therapy and post mastectomy treatments. Additional focus will be placed on immediate reconstruction, prepectoral breast reconstruction, and prophylactic lymphatic repair at the time of ablative surgery. Radiological sequelae of these techniques will be reviewed for attendees.
