This session will review expected findings of postoperative breast imaging after breast cancer surgery, explain appearances of acellular dermal matrix, and describe reasons for fat necrosis in unexpected locations. Using a case-based series, this session will suggest solutions to guide radiologists to correct diagnoses of benign versus findings after breast surgery/reconstruction.
