Wound assessment discussions are always interesting as wounds and their assessment rely on our senses, particularly what we see, smell, and feel. Past the descriptors, though, what do we do next? These two sessions will take a deep dive not only into comprehensive wound assessments, but how to react and plan care based on the findings.
