Wound bed preparation (WBP) is a multifaceted approach that assists in identify and addressing the barriers of wound healing to create an optimal wound healing environment. Intersecting didactic and hands-on instruction, this session will explore how the components of wound bed preparation are applied to practice. Participants will engage in a tailored agenda comprised of lectures from expert instructors, live demonstrations, and hands-on learning strategies for practical, real-world application.

A maximum of 4 additional CME/CPME/CE-credit hours are offered through this pre-conference workshop. This event is not part of the official SAWC meeting programming and provides separate continuing education credits.
