Attending Surgeon University of California Irvine 1996-2015.Attending Surgeon, Vascular Surgery Section VA Long Beach 1988-present. Chief Vascular Surgery Section, VA Long Beach 1992-2018.Clinical Professor of Surgery, University of California Irvine 2009-present. Chief of Wound Care VA Long Beach 2018 -Present. I continue to treat patients with vascular surgery problems and also foot ulcers as well. We have a weekly clinic for venous ulcer patients which averages 18 patients. I also help in a podiatry clinic which concentrates on diabetic patients with foot ulcers. I continue to be involved in clinical trials of new devices and therapies for wounds.
