The emergence of complete skin substitutes represents an innovation in regenerative medicine for burn healing and is poised to transform the management of more severe burns such as deep partial thickness burns (DPTBs). This session will feature a panel discussion on the latest clinical evidence surrounding the evolution of tissue engineering and its impact on burn care and will explore challenging cases using an algorithmic approach to treating DPTBs.
