Communication amongst the care team for a patient is critical to achieve the best outcomes, and the willingness and ability to convey information and needs succinctly and respectfully is key. This session will examine skills for the delivery of an assessment as well as verbalizing recommendations and requests amongst all stakeholders in a patient’s care including providers, non-providers, clinical staff and families.
