Matthew Brusnahan has been working in the energy sector for the past ten years, first with EnerNOC in Boston, and then researching automated network planning within the MIT Energy Initiative. Following work within sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia, Matt saw an opportunity to improve the DER planning and interconnection process within the United States. Gridtwin Energy was subsequently founded with the mission to accelerate the deployment of DERs on the electric grid through better data and software.
