AI-Based, Power-Management-System (PMS) for Resilient Operation of DER-Rich Power-Distribution Systems

itunePower's AI-based, proprietary, fast (in-millisecond) Power-Management-System (PMS) will be presented which is complementing commercially available Energy-Management-Systems (EMS) via proactively envisioning and responding in real-time to numerous accidental scenarios occurring in DER-rich power-distribution systems, including microgrid systems. The PMS-based technology will enable fast power-balance between renewable resources, energy storage technologies, and EV-charging stations, to maximize the power system's continuity of operation (resiliency). The presentation will also elaborate on how our hardware-implemented technology has been evaluated and verified in our real-time simulation and testing center before filed implementation and will be retrofitted into the targeted power-distribution system.
