Raptor Maps will present a case study of a large utility-scale site where nearly one million module serial numbers were rapidly scanned into a high-fidelity digital twin, which included engineering drawings and industry-standard data sources. Modules were validated against data provided by the manufacturer and the developer, including supply chain and module acceptance criteria.

Innovation:
A first of its kind module serial number barcode scanner, capable of scanning via the smartphone’s camera or a Bluetooth scanner. By scanning them directly into a robust digital twin, companies can track operating health and degradation over the module’s lifetime and streamline warranty claims.
