I have 9 years experience in recruitment with the past 8 years focused on Renewable Energy in the United States, Canada, and Australia. I am responsible for managing Recruitment and sourcing teams and assisting with operational goals within our organization.
I've spent my time in recruiting building meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates to bridge the gap and begin conversations about the industry and experience. Throughout my career I have identified my own passion for helping better the future of Women in Renewables through volunteer work with Women in Renewable and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) and Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE). During my time volunteering with Iron & Earth I successfully helped grow the Calgary presence to help Oil & Gas professionals move into Renewable Energy.
I enjoy mentorship and skills development through thought leadership and providing my time to various organizations by leading Speaking engagements including the SEEDS Symposium, Global Petroleum Show (Careers Segment), and Solar Power International to name a few.
