Saleh Dinkhah (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2016, and the M.Sc. degree in power system engineering from Texas Tech University, TX, USA, in 2019. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in power system engineering with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Santa Clara University, CA, USA. His research interests include microgrid resiliency, voltage and frequency sustainability in power systems, virtual inertia, and renewable energy integration into a microgrid.
Ahmed Saad received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology, Sudan, 2017 and the M.S. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in California State University, Sacramento, CA, USA. He is a student member of IEEE and he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, CA, USA, and his research is in renewable energy integration, autonomous energy grids, sustainability in power systems, virtual inertia, and inverter operation and control schemes.
