Senior Renewable Energy Specialist

Cora Dickson is a Senior Renewable Energy Trade Specialist in the Office of Energy and Environmental Industries at the International Trade Administration (ITA) in the U.S. Department of Commerce. Since joining ITA in 2001, Ms. Dickson has worked to address policy concerns with foreign governments on behalf of U.S. exporters in various sectors and markets. Renewable energy has been her focus since 2010, covering many sectors over the years including solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, biofuels, biomass, and waste-to-energy. Most recently, Ms. Dickson has served as ITA's lead analyst for the solar industry and organized industry roundtables in 2020 and 2021 focused on strengthening U.S. manufacturing in the solar PV value chain. Ms. Dickson earned a master’s degree in International Communication from The American University in 1999.
