Temujin Roach, Sr. Transmission Policy Manager with EDF Renewables is responsible for monitoring FERC activities and engaging in all aspects of ISO/RTO transmission planning, resource integration activity and supporting the ISO/RTO relationships.
A versatile energy economist and relationship manager with a strong working knowledge of RTOs, Tariffs, regulations, and business practices. Experienced in project management for designing and operating effective RTO energy product and financial hedging markets including developing controls, procedures, and business practices. Directly engaged in transmission planning, emerging electric power policy, and regulatory topics including the integration of renewable energy, energy storage resources, regional market design, transmission cost allocation, commission orders, rulemakings and tariff administration. Previously worked: MISO; SPP; Texas PUC; FERC; US Navy. Studied economics and political science undergraduate at University of Minnesota (Duluth) and graduate work at Western Michigan University.
