Molly Bales is the Senior Manager of Business Development at Form Energy, leading account management and project development partnerships. Molly brings seven years of enterprise sales and project development experience from her stints at Recurrent Energy, NextEra Energy Resources, Eversource Energy, and Harvest Power, bringing to fruition solar+storage, standalone storage, anaerobic digestion, and composting facilities. Molly also cofounded Adappt Intelligence, an Internet of Things startup focused on commercial office spaces, and led sales, marketing, and US operations there. She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management in energy, sustainability, and entrepreneurship and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in History of Science with a subfield in Earth & Planetary Sciences.
