In this session, you will learn about tape stripping as a fast and non-invasive method to analyze component of the epidermis. Tape stripping is a growing research field which has been applied for RNA, protein, and imaging analysis of multiple skin diseases. An overview of recent tape strip studies will be presented.
Learning Objectives:
Understand the applications of tape strips in proteomic analysis
Define tape strips in the context of skin diseases
use of high-throughput protein discovery platforms in tape strip lysates
