This will be an overview of the bioanalysis of oligonucleotides including siRNA, ASO, PPMO and PNAs. The talk will encompass a historical perspective with lessons learned with a focus on HRAM, triple quadrupole's and LC/FD systems. It will include common extraction types, issues associated to these compound classes, and measures put in place to overcome these issues.
