COVID-19 changed everything. From working from home to inability to visit providers, from high turn-overs (great reshuffle) to hiring challenges, COVID-19 turned every business on its head. In this session, we will discuss new ideas and new procedures developed because of the pandemic. We will discuss ideas and procedures we developed incentivize lab facing staffs in post pandemic environment. We will also discuss operational changes we made on how to ensure our service providers continue to deliver in an very challenging environment. In addition, we will discuss how we managed shortages in lab supplies, and instrumentations bought on by the Pandemic. There will also be a discussion on how we work with regulatory agency on audits to our sites/CROs.
