Harini received her B.Tech. degree in chemical engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, India in 2016, and her M.Sc. degree in chemical and bioengineering from ETH Zurich, Switzerland, in 2018. During her bachelor's, she received the gold medal for being the departmental topper of batch 2012-2016. In March 2018, she started her doctoral studies at ETH Zurich in the Biochemical Engineering Laboratory and the group of Prof. Morbidelli. Her doctoral work is also closely supervised by Dr. Michael Sokolov and Dr. Alessandro Butté of DataHow, AG. She received her doctoral degree in June, 2021 and thereafter started working with the spin-off DataHow AG from July 2021. Since April 2022, she started her postdoctoral studies in the group of Prof. Christopher Love at MIT, Cambridge. She has co-authored more than 10 papers and presented at several conferences in different field ranging from chemical engineering to bioengineering and pharmaceutical sciences. She is also a recipient of the Animal Cell Technology Industrial Platform (ACTIP) fellowship 2019- 2020.
